Description: This is a Canon VC-50A Stereo Hi Band Saticon Color Camera Camcorder. This camera is from my personal collection, used when I first started as a amertuer videographer. The camera is untested, as I have not operated it for over 25 years and I am no longer in possesion of the original VHS portable recorder that was paired with the camera. The Canon VC-50A was top of the line in its day (circa 1985) and designed to record in standard definition via the VHS and features a . fold out Keyboard on one side that allows you to compose titles. Aside from the camera, the listing includes a JVC hardshell carrying case with shoulder strap. This camera has been stored in my home, a pet-free, smoke-free, air-conditioned environment.
