Vintage camper's multi-tool

Description: Camper's multi-tool with a fork and spoon along with a 3 1/2" knife blade, can opener, scissors, punch, nail file and corkscrew. The fork is marked "STAINLESS STEEL." The spoon also appears to be stainless, but the other tools are corroded and look like carbon steel. Base of the knife is marked "U.S." Body of the tool is 4 5/8" long.
