A nice pair of dishes from the mid-century, originally part of a 'lazy susan' or circular relish/dip set up. These are both in great condition, perfect for replacement items for your old set, or use on their own for food, or on your desk to keep loose things in place! In a nice ecru base pottery, with a salt and pepper look, with hand carved thistle motifs in a deep blood red. Dishes are formed in a stylized flower bud shape with nice curves. Marked 'The California Cleminsons', 'Galagray Ware' and 'B' on the back of each dish. Nice crazing from age. A beautiful MCM look and style. Perfect for retro home decor, theatrical set decoration and more. Each dish measures approx. 7 1/4" wide and 6" long.
