All hinges are perfectly functional and with each hinge you purchase you will receive 5 of the original screws. These are likely brass plated steel if I had to guess. These were found at an estate of someone who pretty much never threw anything away. I am hoping you can use the pictures to assess if the size is a fit. The offset is 3/8". Each quantity that you select will get you one hinge with 5 screws. For each additional hinge that you add the shipping cost will only be an additional $0.35.
