Czechoslovakian Amber glass basket with hand painted 24K gold encrusted enamel, raised pastel flowers and vines. This Art glass, resembling Byzantine enameled glass, became very popular in 1920's and was also produced by Moser (see Moser Artistic Glass, plate 56 & 154). Excellent condition, 2 tiny chips on flowers, no cracks, polished pontil on the base some wear to gilt paint. Please view all photos. Dimension : 6.5" high and 6" in diameter
