Instructions are included and are folded along with having discoloration. Partial box is included but is extremely rough and extremely brittle! Box disintegrates easily!! Plates are marked with sizes as stated in instructions. I do not know how well this would function. Item was acquired from a local estate and is AS IS/AS FOUND!! Has not been cleaned!
