Inside instruction paper has aged and is brown and a bit brittle. You could probably make a copy of each side if you want to use the information/music. See pictures as they are part of the description. I believe this was from the 1960s. No zip code on box, so could even be earlier. I think they started using zip codes in addresses around 1964 area.
