Description: Vintage Bird Cage Music Box Christmas Tree Bristle Brush Mercury Glass Germany Music box works and plays Silent Night. There is no movement, only playing of music. There are 2 broken bars at the top of the birdcage and one broken ornament at the top of the tree, see pictures. I cannot find anything else like this on the internet. I am unsure the origin of this, but I wonder if it was once a Karl Griesbaum birdcage that has been redone into a Christmas tree/theme. Hoping a collector may have more knowledge/insight on this unique piece. Please note, I am NOT selling this as a Griesbaum piece, as I do not know the origin/brand.
