I do not know if this is a working part or not since there is no way for me to test it out. It is clean and does have all of the original parts intact. Balance wheel seems to be moving freely with no issues. This item might be able to be repaired, or it could be repurposed and scrapped for the good spare parts. Earrings are cleaned and sterilized with alcohol; however, it is recommended that you also sterilize upon arrival as you see fit in case I miss a spot.
