Description: VINTAGE BEAU STERLING SILVER EQUESTRIAN HORSE SET Bracelet and Pin in a French Jeweler's Gift Box. Lovely vintage sterling silver US-made Equestrian bracelet and pin set designed, created, and signed by BEAU. The 7-inch bracelet features 7 horseshoe-surrounding horse head links. The 2.5 inch pin in features one horse head wearing a bridle with reins affixed to a riding crop. The vintage gift box is from a jewelry store called DEGRAVE FRERES located in Lille, France. Stamped "STERLING" and signed "BEAU" on both bracelet and pin. This jewelry set was purchased in tact in its box at an estate sale. See photos. Taken from Worthpoint's website: The company that manufactured Beau Sterling jewelry, Beaucraft Inc., was founded in 1947 by Luigi Russo and Ray (Rinaldo) Saccoccio in Providence, Rhode Island. Records from the State of Rhode Island list Russo as president on the incorporation documents. Family members have confirmed that Saccoccio co-founded the business. This firm made mostly sterling silver jewelry over more than half a century in business. The majority was manufactured at their Providence factory. A limited amount was made in Mexico and those pieces are marked as such. Limited quantities of karat gold jewelry were produced as well. In 2004, Beaucraft closed, and all the company’s equipment, inventory, and samples were sold at auction. From my extensive jewelry collection. From a smoke-free home. Why am I selling?
