Comes in original wood case with latches and handle. There are sighs of wear on the outside. Accessories included are optical lens wipes, 12 glass slides ( 11 of the 12 slides have coloring on them, the other slide is clear), magnifying glass with handle, 3 empty eyepiece cases, illumination mirror, and small silver dissecting tools. The eye piece included has a number 10 on it. Has the number 16033-185 on the bottom. Has a single eye piece. All the dials on top do function smoothly; except the bottom dial to move the bottom piece up and down does stick. Has the Bausch & Lomb badge on the front along with UL6660.
