Description: Vintage Basket Purse Round Woven Slat Sides Wood Hinged Lid Painted School House This is a vintage basket purse with round shape, swing handle (bent wood), woven wood slat sides, hinged lid with painted picture and is fabric lined inside. The item measures 7 1/4" tall (not counting handle) and is 13" tall with handle in up position. The diameter is 7 1/4". The lid features color picture of building that include a red schoolhouse with sign that reads, " PS 82" and an Ice Cream Parlor. The inside is lined with brown fabric. There are a few very tiny ink marks on fabric. There is one tiny crack on a slat. I am pointing to it in one photo. I has been stabilized with wood glue.
