Description: These intricately carved lime boxes/containers are used to hold lime and bet nuts, which are chewed by the Indonesian workers. They are carved in a very unusual pattern of faces which I have not seen before. There are a total of two boxes, one has separated at the seams, but can be repaired if you wish to do so.otherwise, they are in excellent condition. They are 8 inches tall and about 3 inches wide.
