Vintage (Atq?) 10k Yellow Gold Cameo Diamond Ring, Size 7.125

If you do not pay before Wednesday, it will be Monday the 22nd before your item is shipped. Pretty 10k yellow gold cameo ring. This is very vintage, possibly antique. This ring has been well loved. The cameo has lost most of its detail from wear. Surprisingly enough it is not broken or cracked. There is a small diamond in the lady's necklace. The setting is yellow gold but does have small rose gold rosettes – one on each side. The detail of this ring has mostly been worn smooth but that's what the charm of this ring is – that it was so well loved. Ring is between a 7 and a 7.25. Not stamped but tests as 10 K gold.
