Description: Vintage Artply "The Granville" Victorian Wooden Dollhouse Kit 1:12 Scale *Rare*. Model #510. Purchased at an estate sale. This is probably incomplete. There are probably about 12 wood panels, it says it comes with 14. We did not remove all the panels to see if it is all there because they were falling off their attached panels and we didn't want to make them become separated. We took pictures of the panels that look incomplete and the loose pieces. We do not know if it is complete or not. This comes with the window panels that came in an envelope and some plastic pieces were broken off the window panels. The box has some rips and wear and duct tape wrapped around the middle. Selling as is with some parts possibly missing and possibly not being complete. Box size is 38 x 27". There is some staining on the box. And one of the pieces pulled out has some markings (shown in pictures). The manual is included and is in good condition.
