Description: This listing is for a lovely needlepoint kit of a rural summer scene with a covered bridge over a babbling brook and a quaint church in the background. It was produced by Artcraft Concepts in 1982. I have listed this as used because it is open, but it has not been started. The kit looks complete except for a missing needle. It has wool Persian yarn, a colored picture and instructions with a numbered and lettered guide showing what color and which stitch is needed. While it appears to have all the yarn, I cannot guarantee that to be true since the kit has been opened. It is to be worked with many different types of stitches. The finished design is a 14" x 11" and would be suitable for a framed picture or a pillow cover. I purchased several of these kits at an estate sale. The woman told me that her mother and aunt used to host needlework parties and the kits were hostess gifts at that time. Please view the photos as they serve as part of the description. I am a nonsmoking home, but I do have two non-shedding dogs. Please take this into consideration if you have allergies. The successful buyer pays USPS shipping rates.
