Description: Has very ornate scene on bottom hanging portion. Appears to be of Asian style. Appear to have silver base metal, coated with brass or copper? Showing PAT June 6. 1882.Clear stand is not included. There is wear to finish through out. String hold the top together. Item measures about 14.5" in height. 8 3/4 at its widest point.
