Description: Offered is this Rare Unique Find: VINTAGE ANTIQUE African? GATHERING BASKET Hand Woven with a unique feature of LEATHER laced along rim and a protective leather cover on bottom. Measures 9.5" in diameter x 2 1/4" high. Basket is in good overall condition with some age related wear and tear. The leather is in quite good condition; there is a piece coming loose from underneath bottom leather covering (as shown in pictures). The interior bottom shows some wear with some weaving missing in areas. Will be carefully packed and promptly shipped with USPS. This basket showcases the rich culture of African craftsmanship.
