Description: Very RARE small antique Steiff mohair lamb pull toy on iron wheels, made in Germany circa early 1900s! No ear button, so the button was either removed or he was made before buttons were used. From research he has all the hallmarks of Steiff toys. He’s identical in appearance to Steiff lambs sold at auctions. The iron wheels are identical in shape and appearance to other very early Steiff wheeled toys. He is made from mohair in a beige-yellow color. He has small black glass bead eyes and has a yellow ribbon around his neck. He is mounted on iron metal wheels. Great vintage condition especially given his age and it’s is a toy! I see no balding spots. The iron wheels have a darkened antique patina. The yellow ribbon shows wear. Please see all the pictures.
