Description: A super , what appears to be little used example of the iconic Alvey deep sea reel , model 525/C12/7 complete with original box ( albeit somewhat tatty ) Approx 5 1/4" diameter , single bulbous counter balanced handle , star drag , backplate mounted ratchet and drag control butons , "wire" line guard and approx 1 5/8" spool width giving excellent line capacity .... Some minor tarnishing to reel foot however in generally super overall condition Would make a great user ......
