I think this is an acrylic, is painted on a 5" x 7" wood board, and is done mainly in shades of blue and an icy white-maybe a winter scene or a hard frost. It is mounted in a 8" x 10" wood frame that is finished in a coordinating creamy white. The piece is artist signed but I can't make out the signature. "T" as the initial for the first name and the last name looks to begin with "B" and end with "S". In gently used pre-owned condition with no serious issues to note. An older piece of art.
