Description: Wonderful large Acoma Pottery Owl with two Babies made by Hilda Antonio, a hand coiled and painted Piece measuring 7.5 " tall and 8" wide. Hilda was born in 1938, and is the daughter of Eva Histia and grand daughter of Helice Vallo. Hilda learned how to make pottery by watching and working with her mother Eva as she grew up and it shows in her work. It is a wonderful piece that is large and unusual and it would make a beautiful addition to a Native America Pottery collection. Signed on the bottom as shown "Acoma N.M H.A."
