Both patterns are in the large ruffle collar; these ruffles continue down the front opening on the shirt and are on the hem and the cuffs. The shirt closes in front with 4 sets of brown ribbon ties. In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. The size tag has been removed, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit a Medium.
