Description: Vintage “Scarlett” brand dress from the 1980's. The top & sleeves are made of stretchy lace, skirt is also lace, but w/o stretch. The body is lined with a stretchy soft knit fabric. Size on tag is 3/4, but as you can see from the pics I’m pretty busty (34DD at the time) & it fit me. Please see all photos to confirm details & measurements. The bust stretches another 5-6” to fit 36”. The waist is good for another 4” (max 28-ish). In excellent condition for its age, but not perfect so please look closely at all pics. The is a teeny hole at center seam about mid-back & if you look very closely, you can see the elastic has been stretched a little at that same seam. I chose to wear it without, but you could add a crinoline underneath to give the skirt a fuller look. This fabric & the lighting caused the color in photographs to be weird. The truer color is shown in the pics of me wearing the dress & the one of it laying on the red background. Black & white belt is available & listed on eBay.
