Description: Vintage Lustreware Made in Japan set, hand painted. The teapot - no issues, no chips or cracks, clean. Spout is perfect. The sugar bowl - no cracks, clean, the cover does have a small chip inside the lid, see picture. The creamer - all good, clean. The 3 plates - one of the plates has a small chip underneath and a rougher edge, another plate has a paint mark underneath. The teapot is about 6 inches high by 8 inches across. The sugar bowl measures 5 inches high by 6 1/4 inches wide. The creamer is 3 1/2 inches high by 4 1/2 inches across. The plates are 7 1/4 inches across. The set does show handling on the gold handles. Thanks for looking. Shipped with care. There have been no repairs. The coloring is sharp. Beautiful set. On the sugar bowl there is some uneven black trim on the front. Hand wash, no microwave.
