Description: Vintage 70s 80s era long blue nylon dress with big puffy sleeves and a partial lace bodice. The color is a steel blue, a bit more gray than the photos show. The sleeves have elastic at the ends and the dress closes in back with a nylon zipper. There is a round stand up neckline and the sweetheart bodice crosses in front with gathers on one side and a bow and fabric rose at the side waist. Piping surrounds the waist while the skirt is gathered for fullness. There is a red and blue union tag attached to a seam on the skirt.
