Vintage 60s Lilli Ann Tisse a Paris Swing Coat Cream & Tan Mohair Fox Fur Collar

Description: This fabulous vintage Lilli Ann swing coat is from the early 1960s, and is one of the designer's few original pieces designed and produced in Paris, France. This stunning early 60s coat is made of the most beautiful cream-colored, tan-tipped mohair fabric. It complements the beige-and-tan fox fur collar perfectly. This coat is designed to be worn completely fastened up, giving your face a perfect fluffy fur frame. The front of the coat buttons with three large fabric-covered buttons and the collar fastens with three hook-and-eyes. Inside, the satin lining ensures that this coat will swing freely over your clothes. The half-length sleeves are designed with long gloves in mind. The coat has nice pockets hidden in the seams. This coat is labeled a (vintage) size 12. But because of the free and swinging design, this coat will fit a variety of sizes and body types. The shoulders measure approximately 17 inches, but the raglan sleeves give you a little wiggle room. The bust is roomy, measured flat at about 25". It can comfortably fit up to a modern women's size 14. All labels are intact, including the ILGWU Union Label. Aside from a couple of minor flaws in the lining of one sleeve and a little dirt on the neck label, this coat is in incredible condition. A definite must for any collector of early 60s fashion.
