Description: ~ For Your Consideration ~ One Vintage Haute Couture 1960's Lightweight Silk Coat This is an early 1960's iridescent chartreuse silk wrap coat with white and green striped interior. The shimmering silk is slightly slub-textured as seen in the slit pocket photo. The coat sports bell sleeves to elbow or longer, two slit pockets and side slits. There are two cloth covered buttons and top loops. There is an attached wrap scarf tie. It's possible the sleeves can be worn turned up. From a high end boutique on Rodeo Drive, the coat is very chic a la Audrey Hepburn. Not sized but it is for a small woman. There's a reason to buy vintage: quality, style and durability!
