All contained in original fitted leather case with a metal handle. The pieces are made in England. The booklet for the People's Guide for The Holy Eucharist is by The Rev. Charles W. The hallmarked sterling was made by Blunt & Wray Ltd in 1956. The line they designate is called Diadem, which is a crown. Cheers.
