Description: This promotional item is from 1992 and was recalled in 1993 soon after it was placed in Retail Stores because the lighter flashes red lights when the igniter is pushed. Fearful that it would attract young children to play with it, they were recalled and removed from retail. This is a Collector's Item and lights up if the batteries still work after being manufactured 30+ years ago. They can be replaced with 2 - LR1130/AG10 1.5V Watch batteries. You will find that butane lighter fluid in most lighters dries up and evaporates after being stored for so many years and will need to be refilled. See instructions on the side of box on how to refill the lighter with butane. The flap holding the 2pks of cigarettes was removed leaving the box open on one end. Lighter itself is still sealed in plastic. The one in the video was opened, the flashing red lights worked but the flame did not light up. I will combine shipping to save you money.
