This is made of plastic, it has the puff, it is empty. The size is approximately 4 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches by 7 1/2 inches tall. CONDITION: This is in Good condition with no chips or cracks, some surface wear/loss, and it could use a cleaning. The pictures are part of the description, so please view all pictures.
