Vintage 1970’s TALL Hanging Oil Rain Lamp, Rare 3 Gold Goddess Statue, WORKS!

Description: This Listing is for A 1970's Vintage, Tall, Fully Functional Bronze Finished, Mineral Oil, Rain Drip Lamp. This Lamp is in Great Shape and Fully functional. Has all it's oil drip lines intact and are all secure. Unlike other lamps of this era, this lamp has a double row of oil drip lines to give it a high quality effect. The oil pump works and sounds great just like it did in the 70's. I replaced the light bulb that works very well and at night this lamp is beautiful and glitters. It has a auxiliary on/off switch on the chain cord where it can easily be reached. It features the 3 Venus Greek Goddesses statue (which is one model that is very rare). This lamp is about 36"+ tall X about 14" round. NOTE: I have just replaced the old original bulb because of it's age, which was still working, with a brand new one that is the exact duplicate of the original. I did this, very delicate bulb change, only because the original had never been changed. I bought this lamp for my parents as a Christmas Gift many, many years ago. As far as I know, it has only been down once during that time to change the oil because of limited use and taken down 3 or 4 more times for several wall painting jobs. It uses a mineral oil, but I noticed that Amazon is now selling a "special" oil for this type of drip lamp, which is probably mineral oil... This lamp was quite a unique conversation piece and something that was always noticed by visitors. Mom & Dad's grandchildren & great grandchildren were mesmerized by it. I know for them to keep it hung up in the same spot for all these years, it had to mean a lot to them. FYI, the pictures above are of the lamp as is right now at the time of this listing (Not yet cleaned).
