Description: This is a vintage 70s era skirt that was made in India of floral pattern block printed gauze cotton in tones of purple, green, indigo blue, ochre gold and white. The waistband has drawstrings to adjust waist size. The skirt is gathered in pleats at the waistband so that the skirt falls fully in narrow pleats. It is very lightweight, gauzy and translucent. Age: 1970s Label: 100% Cotton Made in India Sizing: No size is indicated but this should fit a large range of sizes from small to extra large - please note the following measurements for fit, taking the style of the skirt into consideration: Waist: 24” around fully cinched, but stretches out to 46” around (maximum) - comfortable fit would be somewhere in between Hips: Full, meant to fall loosely in pleats Overall length: 37", measured flat Condition: This skirt is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear or staining - this skirt looks like it saw little use and was well stored over the years.
