I hand wash every item (that can and/or should be washed) before listing. All items from my store generally ship out within 24 hours of purchase (not including weekends or holidays). If purchased before 3:00 pm CDT (Monday thru Friday), your item generally will be in the mail same day (delays are possible from time to time). If purchased after 3:00 pm CDT it will be in the next day's mail (or Monday for Saturday & Sunday purchases). If you are an international purchaser - I am responsible ONLY to get your package to the eBay international shipment center. I am not responsible for other fees such as but not limited to - customs fees, port charges, delay fees, taxes and duties....
