This is due to the following: The front cover has some spots on the cover, the side binding is separated from the bottom up to the staple (about 2 inches)(separation is only confined to the front and rear cover, no pages are separated), there is a 1/8 inch right lower corner piece of the front cover missing, the book had a date with a 1/2 cup of water causing minor wrinkling and stiffness to the lower 3 inches of the front and rear covers and all the pages There is no writing, missing pages or inside page smudges.
