Description: I love the funky weirdness of this unique, homemade blouse... This top is a bit of a mystery to me. Although the color palette and paisley print would point to it being from the 1960's, there's just something about it that has always made part of me think it might be a bit older -like 1940's older (but there's no way to really know!). It's made form a heavy weight wool or wool blend weave fabric with slightly nubby texture. The color palette is moody, dark and wintry; dark versions of green, orange, brown and red paisley-floral shapes dancing on a deep blue ground. The sleeves are 3/4 to bracelet length, and the neckline has been trimmed in a navy blue fat crochet lace trim. But, my favorite detail -and probably the strangest- is the somewhat chunky metal zippered front closure (and the zipper is a Star brand, which I'm not very familiar with). This top is unlined, without pockets or maker's marks or labels. Overall condition is excellent, with light sins of wear, including some pilling at underarm area, but no flaws to note! Please review photographs and description for full details. Measurements: - 14.5 inches across from shoulder to shoulder- 23 inch sleeve length- 12 inch upper arm circumference- up to 33 inch chest- 24.5 inch total length from shoulder to hem Feel free to contact me with any questions or inquiries! ♥,Miss Master *Proud member of the Vintage Fashion Guild*
