Description: 1960's vintage Schmidt & Sons Brewery, Philadelphia plastic and metal fluorescent lighted advertising backbar transparency sign. Made by the Thomas Schutz Co. of Morton Grove, Illinois. Transparency photos sometimes show up for sale online, or design your own. The light is quiet and still works. There are tiny marks of paint on the Schmidt area of the screen from where it was stored. The electrical cord is wrapped with tape and looks dodgy, but it works fine with the on/off switch.
