It is 18-1/4 inches across, 12-1/4 inches tall and 4-3/4 inches deep. It is in fabulous clean condition but does have a 1-1/2 inch spot in front top right before corner where stitching came out. It could be stitched again. Does not interfere with the zipping. See last two photos. Does not have key to lock.
