It measures 8 inches from shoulder to shoulder and the chest is 10 inches. There are pleats that go down into the waist. This snaps at the bottom for easy diaper changes and buttons up the back. There is a sweet rocking horse embroidered on the front. My photos do not do this justice. It is 35 % cotton and 65 % polyester. Made in The USA.
