Description: Vintage 1950s White Peter Pan Collar Tea Length Lace Wedding Dress Shown without any sort of crinoline Estimated modern XXS - but PLEASE see measurements to confirm and/or make your own best judgment call. Please keep in mind, when looking at the measurements, there really is not any stretch. This dress was soaked / hand laundered, but will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed. This will either be shipped in a large polymailer or folded and shipped in a box. Again, it will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed. FEATURES: Back button closure. Lace. Sheet unlined long sleeves. Peter Pan collar. Bodice and collar have sequin and faux pearl beading detail. Skirt is lace with tulle underlay and a satin lining. COLOR: white (slightly creamy from age) WOUNDS FROM TIME: a few buttons have some discoloration. Some slight underarm discoloration (noticeable on lining, not nearly as much on exterior). I didn’t notice any holes or tears in the skirt, but it is voluminous so it is possible I missed something small. MATERIAL: likely synthetic This is a small dress. Please note the bodice seams could only get at possibly possibly 0.5” extra for each seam- they are all 0.5” (per piece), meaning with a 0.25” seam allowance per each (for the two pieces joined together), each seam could gain only 0.5”. There are four seams (two sides and two front) for the bodice. Measurements taken flat and APPROXIMATE (taken from lining) Shoulder to shoulder- 15” Shoulder to waist seam (at side of basque waist) - 16” Smallest part of waist - right around 11.5” Hips not taken due to full nature of skirt Chest front (underarm to underarm with bust darts taken into account)- 16.5” Chest back (underarm to underarm)- 13.5” Shoulder to hem- 45.75” Sleeve length - 22.25 to wrist, 24.25” to end of point I am 5'2" weighed 105 pounds at the time the video was filmed and this was too small for me. I was wearing 4" heels.
