Description: Vintage 1950's Purple, Blue, Gold, Rainbow Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Necklace measuring approximately 15" in length, but can be shortened with the hook placement between the small rhinestones. The larger stones measure approximately 6 mm and the smaller stones approximately 3.3 mm, all stones are prong set. This is a phenomenal piece with amazing rainbow like colors that just pop, and unfortunately the pictures do not do it justice. This piece would be a star attraction at any special occasion event. Circa 1950's. A great addition to any collection of fine collectible costume jewelry. My father and my husbands father brought back many lovely pieces of jewelry, porcelain, clothing, perfumes, and household items to their new and future brides upon their return from Europe after WWII. Many of the items have gone to family, but there are still many items that need a home, and they are listed here. There are also other items, long held family treasures that also need to find new homes, as we have no room in ours for them.
