Description: Please check out this gorgeous Rare Vintage 1950’s etching by Japanese listed artist ,Willy Seiler titled Chatterboxes “ The Gossips)” .This wonderful colored etching on paper measures actual 11” High x 14” Wide and is in very good condition, no rips holes tears or toning with colors very strong. The piece is hand signed by the artist lower right and titled lower left “ Chatterboxes “ The piece is housed in a vintage a olive greenish brown color lacquer finish frame 14.58” High x 18” Wide x .50” Deep ,which appears to be original and is in very good condition , and is ready to hang. ( See Photos ) Will Seiler, born and educated in the arts in Germany, reportedly departed from Germany in 1928, embarking on a journey across Europe and various parts of the world. Following World War II, he established a permanent residence in Japan, specifically in Karuizawa. Seiler was known for his proficiency in creating etchings and paintings, primarily catering to members of the US occupation force in Japan.
