Description: Vintage 1950s Kromex Cake Carrier Aluminum Cover Dome Tray Platter Plate Art Deco *** Another ebay member told me the tray with this carrier was made by Buehner-Wanner, Inc. in East Norwalk, Connecticut. They said wood-grained insert is either Formica or Micarta (a Westinghouse laminate product) and did not come with this cake carrier originally. Both pieces work well together regardless, but thought I would mention*** There are a couple of small dents in the cover, but that is normal for this piece. Platter is approx 14" diameter to outside edge and 9 3/4" to inside edge
