VINTAGE 1950s EAMES HERMAN MILLER RAR ROCKING CHAIR IN LEMON YELLOW #3816 Click images to enlarge Description Original 1950s Charles and Ray Eames rocking chair in lemon yellow. Vintage fibreglass shell on replacement black powder coated base with solid walnut wood runners (we also have zinc bases and oak/birch runners if you would prefer). The contemporary version of this chair is made of polypropylene, which in our opinion, is not a patch on these original fibreglass models, which age really well. In good vintage condition. No chips or cracks in the fibreglass. The shockmounts are in good condition. Some minor scuffs here and there on the shell but nothing serious.
