Description: This petticoat skirt/slip is in very good vintage condition. It has 4 tiers of lace and an interior slip that goes down as far as the 2nd tier of lace. Elastic waistband measures 21” to 28” (when stretched) and is 31” in length. There appears to be a line of stitching that was removed because it goes around the front and back (hard to notice but I have added pictures at the end).
