Description: Vintage 1950’s Alps Japan Drummer Santa in excellent working condition. The lithographic colors on tin are vibrant, the automaton style mechanicals work great, head, arms and legs move, the eyes light up, Santa’s outfit and features are in good shape, the battery compartment is clean with clean contacts. The bass drum pads are torn on both sides (see pictures). Approximately 9 1/2 inches tall, 8 inches long and approximately 5 inches wide, this is a very nice post war Japanese mechanical tin toy collectible.
