Description: Vintage 1950s - 60s Daytons Oval Room Davidow Lilac Wool Suit Size 4-6. This is a beautiful suit that belonged to my mother. The color is just a little bit lighter than the first photo. It is not the grayed out color of the close up photos. The length of the lined jacket from the back neck is 23”. The width from armpit to armpit is 19”. From the shoulder seam the sleeve length is 22”. The jacket tapers in a little at the waist. The fabric is 100% wool. The length of the slightly A-line skirt is 28”. The width of the fastened waistband is 26”. The skirt is lined in the back just half way down. The last three photos show the only issues I found. Two thirds of the way down the front of the skirt there is a faint slightly brownish streak 2” long. It is almost imperceptible. The elbow area of the left sleeve has a tiny hole, and the collar, right where it folds, has a small hole. I am sure the holes could be repaired.
