Vintage 1941 Royal KMM Typewriter Good Operating Condition KMM 2807451

Description: Vintage 1941 Royal typewriter model KMM made by Royal Typewriter Co. , serial number KMM 2807451. Good typewriter and in good working condition. The serial number dates this typewriter in the 1941 era. It has a gray textured enamel finish that does have some wear. Green keyboard in good condition. Photos are good to view and the gray finish does show signs of having been refinished. The paper rest has a refinished spot. The typewriter types well with Elite font. Keys strike and return and carriage advances as it should as you type. The paper feed, backspace, new ribbon, ribbon feed, bell are all good with original ribbon spools. Original platen. Tab works, but you may need to push tab button a couple times, it may grind initially but does smooth out. Tab set and clear works. Margin release and magic margin set are all working. It has been cleaned and serviced and all top plates/covers removed and cleaned. Feet and platen are original. Types well as shown in the example. Chrome is nice. Good typing piece with very few signs of wear. Please no PO Box. The pictures are good to view for overall condition. The typewriter measures 16” x 15 1/2” x 9 1/2”.
