Description: A vintage tissue paper and cardboard Halloween square Hat was once on a cardboard mask. This is printed on the band Made in the USA, the era is 1938 to 1954. Made of orange and black cardboard with tissue honeycomb in the center. Similar hats may be seen in the Vintage Halloween Collectibles by mark B Ledenback on page 242. Great graphics of Halloween Jack O Lanterns and Scarey cats were what the masks were. The honeycomb tissue is separated in a few places as shown. Thanks for looking!
