Description: Included in this 1940s Gushers board game by Carrom Industries Inc.: Heavy game board consisting of wooden sides and heavy cardboard; bright and colorful. Board measures 15 inches square x .75 thick; please note one of the corners has a small missing piece of wood, causing that edge to be loose. The side still connects well to the board’s top and bottom section, and will be shipped with a rubber band that helps hold it in place.SIX various shaped wooden pieces; these will be shipped within the game board’s top and bottom layers where they belong, although they were out when I got the game ready to list. The following pieces are stored in the long box along the edge of the game board. This long box has one torn corner on the top, bottom is very good. 41 black wooden pieces about 3/8 inch in diameter (I assume these are “oil barrels”)2 black cardboard discs marked “OPEN FOR BIDDING”40 white cardboard discs marked “DRY”12 tan cardboard discs marked “LEASED”10 green cardboard discs marked “LEASED” 10 blue cardboard discs marked “LEASED” 10 gray cardboard discs marked “LEASED” ONE metal oil derrick with original center pinGUSHER GAME (paper) MONEY: (each bill has a copyright 1940 date) $5,000 – 16 pieces$10,000 – 16 pieces$20,000 – 12 pieces$50,000 – 12 pieces$100,000 – 24 pieces All pieces shown are in the original box; while the BOX BOTTOM is very good and the corners are tight, the BOX LID IS VERY POOR with tears and missing pieces on the sides; all four corners are torn; box is discolored. I do not have the game instructions for Gusher, these were not in the box nor was any kind of parts list so I do not know how may parts or playing pieces may be missing. Selling this game AS-IS and AS-FOUND. Please look closely at the pictures and ask any necessary questions before bidding. Thanks for looking!
